Diva Watts Designs is mostly a digital shop! Rarely are any physical items sold. My customers are mostly DIY Crafters who use personal cutting machines to create their own signs, coffee mugs, t-shirts, pillows, wine glasses, tote bags, blankets and more.
The files come in these formats in a zipped folder:
* SVG file for your cutting machine (example: Cricut) * DXF file for your cutting machine (example: Silhouette) * PNG file for your photo editing software (example: Adobe Photoshop) *EPS file for graphics based software (example: Adobe Illustrator) *JPG file for printing
Diva Watts Designs is NOT responsible for trademark violations if you decide to purchase and sell a phrase that is trademarked in the category in which you are selling it. It’s in your best interest to thoroughly research trademarks.
I don’t mind if you use my designs to make items to sell but please read the exceptions:
1. Don’t gift, share, re-sell, or trade your purchased files through email, USB, disk, FB groups, “The Cloud,” file sharing sites, or in any other way. Purchasing the file is for your use only.
2. Don’t use print on demand sites like Zazzle, Society6, Redbubble, Printful, Merch by Amazon, Gooten, Printify, or any of the others. Licensing for that would cost much more than I charge here.
Purchasing from Diva Watts Designs does not transfer the rights to the you, the buyer. Copyright belongs to Diva Watts Designs. By purchasing, you agree to all the terms stated above.
