SVG file for your cutting machine (e.g., Cricut) (SVG might appear as an HTML document depending on your browser) This will also be the file you use for Glowforge when purchasing files that are laser ready.

PNG file for photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)

EPS file for graphics-based software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)

JPG file for printing (Adjust printer settings to "scale to fit")

PDF for printing

AI for Graphics Based Software

DXF for Silhouette Basic

You are PERMITTED to use Diva Watts Designs files to:

Create physical items for personal use

BUSINESS USAGE: Create handmade physical products for small businesses, UP TO 100 physical end products. An extended license is available for larger quantities. (Standard business use excludes creating vinyl decals, transfers, stencils, or similar crafting products, which require a separate license per design. Contact me for this license.) Reach out if you have inquiries.

DO: Produce physical signs, shirts, mugs, tumblers, blankets, etc., for resale.

MASS PRODUCTION: For mass production and sales through major retailers (e.g., Amazon, Big Box Craft Stores), a separate license PER DESIGN for corporate use is necessary. Contact me for this license. We monitor Amazon and other major retailers, and infringement reports can be filed without the required license.

You are NOT PERMITTED to use Diva Watts Designs files for the following:

No digitizing of purchased files.

No creation of digital printable items for resale, including modifying existing designs/artwork for new products.

No gifting, sharing, reselling, trading of purchased files via email, USB, disk, FB groups, cloud storage, file-sharing sites, or any other means. Purchased files are for your use only (no sharing with friends).

No use on print-on-demand sites like Zazzle, Society6, Redbubble, Printful, Merch by Amazon, Gooten, Printify, or similar. Licensing for such use exceeds my charges here.
No sub-licensing of the design.

No tracing and selling the design as your own.

No exporting the design to other digital formats, including embroidery. Only Nana’s Handmade Baby is authorized to digitize my designs for embroidery.

No claiming my designs or artwork as your own.
