*EPS file for graphics-based software (example: Adobe Illustrator)

*JPG file for printing (To print, you will need to adjust your printer dialogue box settings. You must select “scale to fit”.)

*PDF for printing

*AI for Graphics Based Software

*DXF for Silhouette Basic

If you need any other particular formats, please convo me before purchasing to make sure I can provide them to you. I don’t refund if digital files have been downloaded.

Create physical handmade products for small businesses UP TO 100 physical end products. However, I do offer an extended license beyond this number. (STANDARD BUSINESS USE DOES NOT INCLUDE CREATING VINYL DECALS, TRANSFERS OR STENCILS, OR OTHER “CRAFTING” TYPE PRODUCTS WHICH REQUIRE A SEPARATE LICENSE PER DESIGN. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me to obtain this license.) If you have any questions, please reach out to me via message.

DO: Create physical signs, shirts, mugs, tumblers, blankets, etc., for resale that you create.

MASS PRODUCTION:
If you wish to mass-produce and sell through large retailers such as Amazon, Big Box Craft Stores, Etc. a separate license PER DESIGN for corporate use must be purchased.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me to obtain this license. In addition, my team does regular checks on Amazon and other mass retailers, so you could get an infringement report filed if you don’t have a license on file.

You MAY NOT use Diva Watts Designs file for the following:

1. No digitizing of any files you purchase.

2. No creation of digital printable items for reselling. (This includes modifying my existing designs and/or artwork to create a new product.)

3. Don’t gift, share, resell, or trade your purchased files through email, USB, disk, FB groups, “The Cloud,” file sharing sites, or in any other way.
Purchasing the file is for your use only. (This includes not sharing with friends)

4. Don’t use print-on-demand sites like Zazzle, Society6, Redbubble, Printful, Merch by Amazon, Gooten, Printify, or any of the others. Licensing for that would cost much more than I charge here.

5. You may not sub-license the design.

6. You may not trace the design and sell it as your own.

7. You may not export the design to any other digital format, including embroidery. Nana’s Handmade Baby is the ONLY business authorized to digitize my designs for embroidery.

8. You MAY NOT claim my designs or artwork as your own.

Purchasing from Diva Watts Designs does not transfer the rights to you, the buyer. Copyright belongs to Diva Watts Designs., LLC.
