✅ What This License Covers:
All prior unlicensed sales of products using this design

Up to 1,500 total physical units sold or held in inventory

Resale on Amazon under one brand/storefront

No expiration on the sale of those 1,500 units

One-time payment, no royalties

Option to upgrade to full unlimited license later for $400

⚠️ Terms & Conditions:
This license covers physical products only.

You may not resell, share, modify, or distribute the digital design file in any form.

The license is non-exclusive (others may license the same design)

The license is non-transferable (only for the purchasing party)

Design must not be used in part or whole for other derivative commercial files or digital resale.

No use in print-on-demand (POD) platforms or services.
