Ownership Transfer: By purchasing the copyright of this SVG design, the buyer shall become the sole owner of the design and shall have the exclusive rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it as they see fit except in digital format.

Exclusive Rights: The buyer shall have the exclusive right to use the design.

Restrictions: The buyer shall have no restrictions on the use of the design (excluding digital use) and may use it in any medium, format, or platform.

Price and Payment: The price for the copyright of the design shall be agreed upon by both parties, and payment shall be made in full before the ownership transfer.

Non-refundable: The payment for the copyright of the design shall be non-refundable once the ownership transfer is complete.

Warranty: The seller warrants that they are the rightful owner of the copyright of the design and have the legal authority to sell it.
